The Circuit

The Curves 30-minute workout combines strength training and bodyweight-based exercises to help you tone your muscle and burn up to 500 calories per workout. The Curves circuit is full of specially-designed strength machines designed to give you a total body workout. All it takes is 30 minutes, 3-4 times per a week, to help you reach your strength potential.

NEW! Boxing Class

Boxing is a higher-intensity class that combines cardio, strength, coordination and balance.

dance and tone class

Get your body moving in a rhythmic way in-between the strength machines. The dance moves incorporate Latin rhythms, Broadway jazz, classic swing and even some funky hip hop, a bit of something for everyone.

BODY BALANCE CLASS

Low-Intensity Class Is Designed To Improve Balance, Stability And Core Strength.

STRETCH AND STRENGTH CLASS

This Fitness Class Is A Full Body Workout Designed To Strengthen And Lengthen Muscles.

ARMS-CORE-LEGS CLASS

30-minute, Lower-Intensity Class That Targets The Arms, Core And Legs.

ARMS+ CLASS

You'll Get A Total Body, Low-Intensity Workout With A Special Focus On Your Arms in between the Curves Circuit Machines.

CORE+ CLASS

Jillian Michaels Level 1 Class

Take the next step to a total body workout with Jillian and a Curves Coach. this 30-minute routine will challenge your body with a combination of exercises performed both on the Curves circuit and functional exercises in-between machines.

Jillian Michaels Level 2 Class

Try these advanced, high-intensity intervals on the Curves circuit and functional exercises completed in-between machines.
